First end of the day

Thanks to all the people who turned up for the first round of the Club Championships this Sunday!  Despite the inclement weather (rain, mist and general coldness) we had a really great turnout with novices and juniors as well as the regulars.

Thanks to Christine for supplying us with soup when it was freezing and keeping the fire on in the clubhouse so when we did get back indoors we could dry off and warm up in front of the blaze.

Look forward to seeing you all next week at the Clout event, and the week after at the Field, and of course I know you'll all be there at the Medieval Banquet on the 26th of June!
