These shoots take place during the week only (not weekends) and at present you can book a session on Tuesday afternoons, Fridays, and Wednesdays afternoons from September 2024 to January 2025, depending on coach availability and other events that may be on.
We have had people with corporate team building groups, workplace Christmas events, birthday parties, and family groups too. We provide all the equipment and trained volunteer coaches to help you understand the safety rules and teach you how to shoot. No experience is necessary.
A minimum of 4 people is required to make a booking (or if there are less than 4 in your group, a minimum fee of $180 will apply for 1.5 hours or $220 for 2 hours) and up to a maximum of 30 people depending on coach availability with everyone having their own equipment. For larger groups over 30, due to equipment limits, we can divide you into two groups with people sharing equipment, which still works well. On the day, if the weather is bad, we can shoot indoors for smaller groups (up to 12 people) and we also have gazebos that we can use to keep you dry if outside. If the weather is particularly awful, we can always reschedule.
Children who want to shoot need to be at least 8 years old. It’s important that groups with children have some adults in the group who can take and supervise children off the shooting range if the coaches ask for this to be done. Unfortunately we don’t provide school holiday programmes.
As a group of volunteers, we are not able to provide on-site catering, but you are welcome to bring snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. There are also many great restaurants and cafes both nearby and in the park itself.
What you can expect:
The available sessions are only on Tuesday afternoons or on Fridays at present. Please be aware that we do not run corporate events on the weekend.
Rates:
1.5 hours at $45 per person, including GST
2.0 hours at $55 per person, including GST
A non-refundable deposit of $115, including GST is needed to secure your booking. Unfortunately we don’t provide school holiday shoots.
Our bank details are 12-3089-0332100-00, but please don’t make any payments until the event is confirmed. Full payment is due at least 5 business days before the shoot. Invoices will be provided.
